Full wound assessment
Measurement (length, width, depth), tissue type, exudate, periwound condition, signs of infection.
Photo documentation
Each visit photographed and stored in your secure medical record to track healing over time.
Dressing change
Sterile technique with the appropriate dressing for your wound stage — alginate, hydrocolloid, foam, NPWT, collagenase, or specialty products.
Wound bed preparation
Cleansing, debridement (mechanical or enzymatic per physician order), moisture balance.
MD-supervised care plan
All wound care orders reviewed and signed by a California-licensed physician under BPC § 2242.
Coordination
We communicate findings to your primary care provider, surgeon, or wound specialist as appropriate.
