Frequently asked
Do I need a physician order?+
Yes — labs require a physician's written order. Bring it to the visit or email us in advance. We can also coordinate directly with your physician if you authorize.
Will my insurance cover this?+
Lab fees are typically billed directly to your insurance by the testing lab (Quest, LabCorp). Our in-home draw fee may be eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement; we provide superbills.
How long does the visit take?+
Standard draws take 15–20 minutes including setup. Complex panels with multiple tubes may take slightly longer.
When will I get results?+
Results go to your ordering physician on the lab's standard turnaround — typically 1–3 business days for routine panels, longer for specialty tests.
Can you draw during a wellness IV?+
Yes — many clients combine an in-home lab draw with an IV visit. We do the draw before starting the infusion for accuracy.
