By accessing our patient portal at portal.remediusmedical.comor providing your phone number and consenting to SMS communications, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Remedius Medical Group provides in-home medical care services including IV therapy, wound care, in-home laboratory services, and specialty injection services in California. Our services are delivered by licensed nurses and supervised by licensed physicians in accordance with California law (BPC § 2725, BPC § 2242).
Use of our patient portal is limited to current or prospective patients and their authorized representatives.

Information submitted through our patient portal is used by our clinical team to prepare for your visit. It does not constitute a medical diagnosis or treatment plan. In the event of a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
Our services require a physician order or Good Faith Examination as required by California law. We reserve the right to decline service if clinical screening identifies contraindications.
A $50 late cancellation fee applies if an appointment is cancelled after our nurse has departed for your location, or within one hour of the confirmed appointment time. This fee helps us continue providing timely care to all patients.
Remedius Medical Group complies with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Your Protected Health Information (PHI) is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which incorporates our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Remedius Medical Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the patient portal or SMS communications. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
